How do I place an order?

You need to clink on the order form link and fill it out as directed.  If you are ordering a custom wetsuit, then you also need to click on the measurement link and fill that out as well.  Both online forms have links to downloadable forms so that you can print them and fax them to us if you are experiencing any difficulty with our online order form.

Where can I find information on your materials?

Right here!  We have a few options for you, but our most popular and our favorite is the Titex Plush (TPlush).  It is commonly used in all three of our thicknesses.  It is a neoprene with titanium added to both sides of it.  The inside lining is a plush terry that slides on and off very easily.  The exterior is a Nylon that is available in Black, Royal, Violet, KeyLime, and Sunnie.

Another popular selection is the Nylon2 for our warm water customers.  It is a 2.5mm or 3.0mm thickness neoprene that has nylon on both sides.  It is also available in all five of our colors.  Occasionally we are able to get additional colors in this material.

Why doesn't your web site have your address on it?

We are located in beautiful Southern California.  To be more specific in the county of Orange.  We removed our address because we requested that all visits be scheduled by appointment.  However, many locals just came by without an appointment.  Normally we don't mind when someone stops by and catches us in the office.  However, many people were quite upset that they drove all the way over to our shop and the door was locked in the middle of the day.  We are not always open on the weekends and during the week we are out and about promoting our wetsuits.  So, if you don't make an appointment we may not be there. 

Another reason is that you may interrupt someone else's appointment.

We hope you understand and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What do I need to do to get an accurate estimate ?

Just email us or call us with what you want.  We will provide the necessary information and estimates.  If you are unsure, then we can help you as well.

What is the turnaround time on my order once it has been placed?

Once we have received your order and confirmed it, we will ship your product within 3-5 business days in our off season (Oct. thru Feb.) and 5-10 business days during our season (Mar. thru Sept.)

If you are in a hurry let us know.  We may be able to speed things up for you.

When is the best time to reach you?

The best time to reach me in the office is M-F 10am to 2pm.  I know bankers hours.  Ha! Ha!  These are not our set office hours, they are just the hours that I usually am physically in the office.

If you miss me, please leave a message with your name, telephone number, and the best time to reach you.  I return all messages as soon as I receive them.  You can also email us anytime.
